Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://clemcuts.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Services. Clem Cuts provides Beard Trimming, Men's Haircuts, Taper Haircuts, Razor Shaving, Women's Haircuts, Children's Haircuts, Men's Hair Coloring and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://clemcuts.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clem Cuts or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Clem Cuts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. Clem Cuts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Clem Cuts from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
